Cau Giay Secondary School was built on an empty lot with an old building, Nguyen Viet Xuan Secondary School, located on the road connecting Nguyen Chanh and Mac Thai To streets, Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi. The area was built on the old school foundation, so it is relatively flat, the urban technical infrastructure of the current area is already paved roads, the space around the land to be built is quite spacious, in general. The location is very convenient for the investment and construction of a complete standard Cau Giay Secondary School.

Opinion of the Jury

“The project is seen from the perspective of schools interspersed in urban areas, with limited land funds and tight investment budget conditions. However, overall, a fairly complete structure has been created. To some extent, it is the “skillful” arrangement of functional components, still creating some lively, airy spaces with a satisfactory visual vision. All are connected to each other quite reasonably in operation and use to meet the requirements.

A unified image in a variety of detailed processing to combat monotony also creates sympathy from the campus. With the difficult conditions as mentioned above, it can be considered that the project has achieved a remarkable level of success.”
